At UK Driver Assistant, we offer driver training, driver assistance, and support services including application checking and forwarding. We are committed to transparent, fair service. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.
No Right to Cancel Once Processing Begins
In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, one-time services may become non-refundable once the service begins — provided the customer has requested immediate processing and agreed to waive cancellation rights.
By submitting your details, ticking the box agreeing to our terms, and making payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions, you request that service delivery begins immediately, and you waive your right to cancel once we begin processing your request.
Once processing has begun, refunds will not be issued except in specific, limited circumstances.
Non-Refundable Services Include
Driving licence address updates
Driver training or refresher session bookings
Application checking or forwarding
Any service that has already started or been completed
Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue refunds in the following situations: duplicate payments, an error on our part that prevents service delivery, or if your request cannot be fulfilled due to our failure. Refunds in these cases are issued at our sole discretion and may require supporting information.
